Sarah Fletcher

Sarah Fletcher, BSW, MSW, RSW, graduated from St Thomas University with her Bachelors in Social Work in 2007. She later went on to Dalhousie University and received her Masters in Social Work in 2011. She is a registered member of the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers.

Sarah has been the Supervisor of New Brunswick’s Inter-Country Adoption Program since 2018. Gentle Path is authorized by the New Brunswick Minister of Social Development to assist residents who are interested in pursuing Inter-Country Adoption.

In her role, Sarah provides mandatory training regarding international adoption to all applicants. She is the liaison with New Brunswick Central Authority through whom all applications are processed.

Sarah provides direct supervision to all practitioners who provide home study services and support to applicants. She is trained in Structured Analysis Family Evaluation (SAFE).

Sarah considers it to be a privilege to be able to be part of the journey of helping families fulfill their dreams through international adoption.
