Gentle Path Counselling Services offers full and partial subsidies for professional therapy.
These services are paid for through grants and donations from our generous supporters. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our agreement. Applications do not guarantee acceptance.
Our subsidized counselling sessions are limited to three (3) one-hour sessions per client, at the discretion of our Counsellors. At the end of these sessions, you and your Counsellor will discuss further options, including full and partial subsidized services.
Is approved, you will enter into an agreement which states:
- You will give Gentle Path at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation (where possible).
- If you “no show”, you will lose your allotted sessions with Gentle Path.
- Due to limited availability, if you cancel more than two sessions the remainder will be assigned to another client on our waiting list, subject to review by the Executive Director.
We want your therapy to work for you, which is why keeping your scheduled appointments is vital to your success.
